Eskenazi Health Center Primary Care – Adolescent Program
Recognizing that teens have distinct and diverse needs, Eskenazi Health Center provides comprehensive health services for them – from routine health care to treatment of emergencies and chronic illnesses. Services include care for acne, sports-related injuries, menstrual issues, general illnesses, mental health screenings, smoking cessation programs and immunizations. Legacy House Program
Located in the lower level of Eskenazi Health Center North Arlington, Legacy House Program provides trauma-informed care to adults and children affected by all types of violent crimes including child abuse, domestic violence, sexual assault, robbery and stalking. All services are offered at no cost to patients.
Legacy House Program provides a full range of services including individual and family counseling, crisis intervention, victim advocacy, community education, violent crime compensation information and assistance, temporary emergency protective orders, shelter and social service referrals, and home address confidentiality information and assistance. Healing is aided through intervention, support and understanding.
