Shared Culture of Belonging and Engagement at EMG - Careers - Eskenazi Health

Creating a shared culture of belonging and engagement is a cornerstone of success for Eskenazi Medical Group (EMG), playing a crucial role in fulfilling the shared mission to serve the community and provide compassionate, comprehensive and equitable health care to everyone. A successful team brings together varied perspectives, experiences and cultural insights that not only enhance workplace creativity and problem-solving but also improve the quality of patient care. Research consistently shows that successful workforces drive innovation, foster higher levels of engagement and satisfaction among employees, and lead to better health outcomes by reducing biases and improving communication between health care providers and patients.

EMG proudly embodies these principles. A wide array of backgrounds among medical professionals helps in understanding and addressing the unique needs of different patient populations.
