Eskenazi Health is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying an adult male patient.

In accordance with 45 C.F.R. § 164.510(b)(1)(ii) and § 164.510(b)(3), limited information is being released in an effort to identify this patient and to notify family members or other individuals involved in the patient's care. The information released has been limited to what is reasonably necessary for notification and identification purposes.

The individual is a Black male believed to be between 18 and 29 years old. He is approximately 6 feet tall and weighs approximately 175 pounds. He has a short beard and light brown eyes. He has no identifiable tattoos, surgical scars, or piercings. He was in red and black athletic gear and black Nike shoes. He was wearing a ring with a cross (pictured). The individual was found near Indiana Avenue and Waterway Boulevard in Indianapolis at approximately 5:45 a.m. on August 31, 2026. A bicycle was found nearby.
