Eskenazi Health has been named to Becker’s Hospital Review’s list of the “150 Top Places to Work in Healthcare” for the second consecutive year. It was the only health and hospital system to be recognized in the city and one of only two in the state.
Becker’s Hospital Review bestows this distinction, which is based on both nominations and editorial review, on organizations that “go above and beyond to foster outstanding workplace cultures.” Eskenazi Health was praised for comprehensive benefits and mental health and wellness offerings that are “tailored to promote holistic wellbeing.” The organization was also recognized for investing “deeply in professional growth” and for its commitment to employee recognition and healthful spaces offering greenery, music and art.
Along with its dedication to its employees, Eskenazi Health was also honored by Becker’s Hospital Review for its “innovative, compassionate care and community revitalization.”
Upon announcing the honor to Eskenazi Health, Becker’s Hospital Review said Eskenazi Health’s inclusion was a “true testament” to the organization’s “impactful benefits package, abundant opportunities for growth, and empowering work environment.”
This is the sixth time Eskenazi Health has been named to this prestigious list. The full list of those honored can be found on The Becker’s Hospital Review website.
