Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center invites mental health professionals to attend our virtual educational speaker series. This webinar is scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 12 from 4 - 5 p.m.

 

“Understanding Harm Reduction” will feature Kate Richards, LCSW, manager, Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center Caring Recovery Opioid Treatment Program, and Angie Price, MSW, LCSW, MAC, program coordinator, John & Kathy Ackerman Professional Development Center at Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center.

 

The presentation will explore the practice of harm reduction and will cover common myths and misconceptions as well as strategies for facilitating conversations with clients and their families. This will be an interactive discussion so please come prepared to share your thoughts and questions.

 

Interested participants can register using the registration page. You will receive a Webex invite via email to access the event. Please note, if you have attended a Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center Speaker Series event in the past, you do not need to re-register. You will receive an invite to the upcoming session.

 

Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center’s monthly speaker series is free to attend. Eligible participants (LMHC, LMFT and LCSW) have the opportunity to earn CEUs by attending the presentation.
