Paying by CareCredit
CareCredit is a health care credit card patients can use to pay for deductibles, copays and out-of-pocket medical expenses. The card allows patients to pay health care costs over time with monthly payments, and promotional financing is available for purchases of $200 of more, subject to credit approval and minimum monthly payment requirements.
To apply, please visit www.CareCredit.com/health, call 1.855.878.5952 or text HEALTH to 24553. Patients will receive an immediate credit decision. Must be 18 or older to apply, and must be 21 or older to apply by phone.
