Thank you for your interest in the job bank website for the (The Gregory S. Fehribach Center) at Eskenazi Health (the “Site”). This website is intended to provide a platform for current and previous The Gregory S. Fehribach Center interns to post their Résumés and search for available jobs from approved, high-quality employers; it is also an opportunity for employers to recruit qualified candidates for open positions.

The Gregory S. Fehribach Center and Eskenazi Health want to provide a safe, secure, helpful experience for current and former interns, as well as the business community. Eskenazi Health will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that the information you provide is used only for the purposes set forth herein. The following describes our current information gathering and dissemination practices for the Site, which may change from time to time, at the sole discretion of Eskenazi Health.

Specific Information Gathering

The Site's intern-matching service is not anonymous. Personal contact information will be used to facilitate the employer/intern matching process. Upon becoming a user of the Site, you must manually input contact information. This information may also be used to inform you of additional opportunities, services, or Site changes.

Résumé (a brief written account of personal, educational, and professional qualifications and experience)

The Site is intended to facilitate employment matches. As such, a current or former intern may post a Résumé for an approved employer to review. Employers are encouraged to post open employment positions for The Gregory S. Fehribach Center interns to review; employers may also use the site to review posted intern Résumés. By submitting your Résumé or posting a position, you agree to allow authorized current and former interns, employers, and/or recruiters to access the posted information. The Site will use commercially reasonable efforts to grant access to this database only to authorized current and former interns, employers, recruiters, hiring managers, headhunters, and human resource professionals, but cannot guarantee that unauthorized parties will not gain access to the database.

Communications with Potential Employers

Although Eskenazi Health will monitor the Site’s traffic and use, Eskenazi Health cannot guarantee the authenticity of every person and entity that registers to participate. To better assure the privacy and integrity of your personal information and guard against potential fraudulent activities, Eskenazi Health and/or Eskenazi Health Foundation staff must approve an account upon request for access. It is strongly advised that you independently verify the authenticity of the person/organization(s) with whom you wish to interact.

Changing Contact, Résumé or Profile Information

The Site gives you the option to update your personal/business information as needed. To do so, click on your personal account link and enter your user name and password. From your account, select the appropriate links to change or modify your profile or contact information, or to submit an updated Résumé. While you may remove or modify your Résumé or posted position from our searchable database at any time, you acknowledge that authorized parties may have retained a copy of your previously posted Résumé or job posting in their own files or databases. Therefore, you agree that Eskenazi Health is not responsible for the retention, use, or privacy of Résumés or job postings.

Third Party Web Sites and Links

The Site may contain links to other sites, such as access to a potential employer’s formal application process. Once you leave the Site, you are subject to the privacy policies of that new site(s). Eskenazi Health is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of any other web sites or URL.

Modification and Termination of this Agreement

Changes to these terms will be posted on this Notification page. Eskenazi Health has the right to remove an applicant’s Résumé or an employer’s internship posting at its sole discretion.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
