All are welcome to join the Fall into Wellness Health and Resource Fair, taking place on Saturday, Oct. 24 at Eskenazi Health Center Westside, 2732 W. Michigan St., from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.
The teams from Eskenazi Health Center Blackburn, Eskenazi Health Center North Illinois Street, Eskenazi Health Center Pecar, Eskenazi Health Center Primary Care, Eskenazi Health Center West 38th Street and Eskenazi Health Center Westside are hosting the event.
Offerings will include free adult flu shots from the Marion County Public Health Department (while supplies last), free blood pressure and vision checks, health information, entertainment and giveaways. Families and children are welcome to wear costumes. Community partners will be in attendance to meet and talk with guests, and Radio One stations will be broadcasting live at the health fair.
