The Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center Supported Employment program helps individuals with disabilities get and keep competitive jobs in the Indianapolis area. Staff members work with clients on an individual basis to develop résumés, job search in the community and online, and help arrange interviews.
Once a client has obtained a job, staff members provide advocacy and support at the worksite so the employer and client are happy with the job performance.
