Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center invites mental health professionals to attend our virtual educational speaker series. This webinar is scheduled for Thursday, April 9 from 4 - 5 p.m.
“Assertive Community Treatment at Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center” will feature Adam Craig, LMHC, clinical supervisor, Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center Assertive Community Treatment program; Nicole Fearon, lead care coordinator, Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center Assertive Community Treatment Program; and Jay Hamm, Psy.D., HSPP, clinical psychologist, Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center Adult Outpatient Program, presenting on Assertive Community Treatment.
Leadership from the Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center's Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team will speak about the ACT model, how they've implemented this in a Certified Community Behavioral Health Center, lessons learned along the way and present a de-identified case of ACT being provided to an individual with serious mental illness.

Please note, if you have attended a Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center Speaker Series event in the past, you do not need to re-register. You will receive an invite to the upcoming session.
Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center’s monthly speaker series is free to attend. Eligible participants (LMHC, LMFT and LCSW) have the opportunity to earn CEUs by attending the presentation.
