All are welcome to stop by the Community Day Health Fair at Eskenazi Health Center Grassy Creek, located at 9443 E. 38th St., taking place on Saturday, May 2 from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. The teams at Eskenazi Health Center Grande, Eskenazi Health Center Grassy Creek and Eskenazi Health Center Pedigo are hosting the event. Offerings will include free blood pressure and vision checks, preventive dental care, health information, games, prizes and giveaways. Community partners will be in attendance to meet and talk with guests, and Radio One stations will be broadcasting live at the health fair.
