When faced with a health care situation, many people don’t know where to start. Eskenazi Health Connections can help set patients on the right path to get the expertise they need to manage their health care needs.
Connections team members are available Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. to help patients make primary and specialty care appointments.
For more urgent health care questions, Connections also serves as a 24/7 triage call center that assists patients of all ages with acute to chronic conditions, answering questions on symptoms, medications and different treatments. Staff members can also facilitate urgent surgery and burn or trauma patient transfers to the Sidney & Lois Eskenazi Hospital.
