Stand with feet together and place the center of the band under the feet, while holding an end in each hand.
Bring the ends of the band together straight up above the top of your head.
Slowly lower the ends behind the back of your head until your elbows are bent 90 degrees, keeping elbows close to the side of your head.
Press hands back up overhead slowly.
Repeat this exercise 8-10 times.
