Dining Options - Locations - Eskenazi Health

Eskenazi Health is committed to helping patients, visitors and employees make healthy food choices that are rich in flavor and budget friendly. The Choose Health initiative was created with the intent to further improve the nutritional profile and reduce the sodium content of food served at Eskenazi Health. Select Eskenazi Health dining locations offer a Choose Health meal of the day, which have fewer than 600 calories, 0 grams of trans fat and contain fewer than 800 milligrams of sodium.

The Choose Health effort can be seen throughout our dining locations, and include:

  • A traffic signal campaign to easily and quickly identify healthier salad bar and vending machine choices by color (red, yellow or green)
  • Fresh fruit available for purchase in all retail locations
  • Grab-and-go snacks with a more healthful profile and smaller size for use in vending machines and retail locations
  • Free water stations in retail areas to encourage water consumption 
  • Expansion of the Fresh For You market, which encourages the purchase of more fresh fruits and vegetables for home use
  • Ingram Micro Mobility Marketplace

    The Ingram Micro Mobility Marketplace, located on the second floor of the Sidney & Lois Eskenazi Hospital, offers grab-and-go food items, deli, Italian pizza station, hot grill, hot station, salad bar and action station.

  • Café Soleil and Café Soleil Express

    Located on the first floor of the Fifth Third Bank Building at Eskenazi Health, Café Soleil is Eskenazi Health’s unique sit-down restaurant. It offers a contemporary, American menu featuring daily specials, soups, salads, sandwiches, wraps, BBQ, a full gourmet salad bar and more.

    For visitors on the go, Café Soleil Express is located next to Café Soleil, offering a full array of takeout items for breakfast and lunch along with multiple flavors of healthy and creamy regular and frozen yogurt with nutritious toppings. Patrons also can order from Café Soleil Express online during select hours.

    Café Soleil Express Hours:

    Grab & Go Available: 6:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday

    April 20

    Po-boy fish sandwich -- Enjoy breaded pollack with lettuce, tomato, onion and chipotle mayo on a hoagie bun served with coleslaw made with Brick House Classic Sweet Dijon dressing. The meal, which includes a fountain beverage, costs $7.99.

    BBQ buffet -- Includes Indiana Kitchen pulled pork, Miller Poultry grilled chicken and plenty of other BBQ sides like cowboy baked beans, corn on the cob, cabbage and many more. The buffet is available for $11.99, which includes the salad bar. The salad bar may be purchased by itself for $7.99. Customers can dine in or carry out.
     
  • Duos @ Eskenazi Health

    Located within The Commonground directly in front of the main entrance to the Eskenazi Health main campus, Duos @ Eskenazi Health offers lunch options, including multiple gluten-free and vegan specialties. Serving an assortment of tasty sandwiches, bowls, soups, salads and more, please visit the Duos website to see the full menu.
