Welcome to the 2023 Eskenazi Health Respiratory Care Conference registration page. This year's event will be held Friday, Oct. 20. Please note this year's conference will be held in person with no virtual option offered. Participants in this event must complete the registration form below. After completing, you will be directed to the Eskenazi Health Foundation page to enter your payment information. There is a $70 fee for all participants who are not employed by Eskenazi Health. The cost for respiratory care students is $15. When filling in the required fields, paying participants should select "Other" in the "Designation" drop-down menu and then type "2023 Respiratory Care Conference" in the comments section before submitting the fee. There is no action needed on the Eskenazi Health Foundation website for current Eskenazi Health employees. Registrants will receive additional details about attending the conference prior to Oct. 20. R.S.V.P. by Friday, Oct. 13.
