How to Donate Face Masks and Other Supplies to Eskenazi Health

Many people have asked how they can provide support to Eskenazi Health and we are so grateful for these offers to help. We are proud to serve our wonderful community, especially during this time of need and we are excited that the communities we serve want to give back to us through supply donations.

We have heard requests from people if it is possible to donate masks and the answer is YES! We would welcome masks that are made from cotton t-shirt or dishcloth material and are washed before being dropped off. Please read the guidelines below on how to make these face masks at home.

Currently we can accept the following items as donations.

  • Homemade masks
  • New N95 masks
  • New isolation gowns
  • New goggles/face shields

We cannot accept clothing, gifts or used personal protective equipment (PPE). While we are appreciative of the donation and support, we do not have room to store these types of items.

How to make face masks

Please visit one of the following links to see how you can make masks to be donated to Eskenazi Health.

Please use a different material on each side of the mask to ensure that when our team members take their masks off, they know which side has had contact with their face and which side has been external facing.

If you are donating in quantities of less than 500 items, please drop them off at the entrance to the Sidney & Lois Eskenazi Hospital during the hours of 10 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Sunday through Saturday. When possible, please include item quantity on packages. The downtown campus is located at 720 Eskenazi Ave., Indianapolis, IN 46202.

For any questions on what or how to donate items to Eskenazi Health, please email donations@eskenazihealth.edu
