Eskenazi Health Center Forest Manor, Eskenazi Health Center Grassy Creek and Eskenazi Health Center North Arlington are joining forces to host a health fair at the North Arlington location on Oct. 14 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Visitors to the health fair will have the opportunity to meet nurses who provide care at the health care sites and participate in a variety of free health screenings. Free flu shots will be given while supplies last.
In addition, knowledgeable personnel will be on hand at information booths covering a wide variety of topics, including but not limited to, family planning, nutrition and much more. Financial counselors will be available to assist attendees with health insurance and financial questions.
