Eskenazi Health Safety & Security officers, all trained and certified as special deputy officers of the Marion County Sheriff’s Office, are committed to providing a high level of professionalism and courtesy to all patients and members of the community. Officers undergo continuous training to ensure proper communication skills and to respond to events in ways that help and protect others.
Safety & Security is dedicated to providing a safe and secure environment for patients, families, employees, medical staff and visitors of Eskenazi Health facilities. Patients are asked to notify a member of their patient care team if they need any Safety & Security services during their stay or visit.
