Office of Patient Experience - Patients - Eskenazi

Patients with questions or concerns about their experience at Eskenazi Health that weren’t resolved promptly by Eskenazi Health staff are asked to please contact the Eskenazi Health Office of Patient Experience Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. at 317.880.8333 or email Crissy Lough. Please leave a voicemail during hours when the office is closed.

For any after-hours immediate concerns, patients or their family members are asked to please inform their charge nurse and follow up with the Office of Patient Experience during regular business hours.

Eskenazi Health is accredited by The Joint Commission and licensed by the Indiana Department of Health. Please be advised that any patients or visitors with unaddressed concerns about patient care and/or safety in the Eskenazi Health organization have the right to report their concerns without fear of retaliation to The Joint Commission or the Indiana Department of Health.
