The Supported Employment program helps Midtown clients get and keep competitive jobs in the Indianapolis area. Staff members work with clients on an individual basis to develop resumes, job search in the community and online and help arrange interviews.
Once a client has obtained a job, staff members provide advocacy and support at the work site so the employer and client are happy with the job being done.
The Supported Employment program has been offered to Midtown clients since June 1993.
