Recipe of the Month: Fresh Salsa

Makes 2 cups

Ingredients

2 cups chopped tomatoes 
1/3 cup chopped white onion
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 jalapeño or serrano peppers, stemmed, seeded and finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a bowl, and served chilled or at 
room temperature.
