Exercise of the Month: Overhead Tricep Extension

Tone up your triceps with this easy exercise.

  1. Hold a dumbbell head with both hands and lift it over your head.  Keep your arms straight and your feet hip-width apart. 

  2. With upper arms still, bend your elbows and lower the dumbbell slowly behind your head. 

  3. Pause, then straighten your arms to return to the start position. That’s one rep. 

  4. Do 10 reps
