The Eskenazi Health Midtown Evolve Program is specifically designed for individuals who are between the ages of 18 and 25. Its focus is on delivering mental health and substance use services without the stigma or stereotype that can be associated with these symptoms.

The Eskenazi Health Midtown Prevention and Recovery Center for Early Psychosis (PARC) serves Indiana as a center of clinical, research and educational excellence in the treatment of individuals in the early stages of schizophrenia and other psychotic illnesses. Founded in 2009, PARC is a full-service clinic for young people who are at the very earliest stages of a psychotic disorder. PARC also serves as a research center to improve therapies and outcomes.

The PARC program serves clients ranging in age from 16 to 30 who do not have a previous history of psychotic disorder. PARC is staffed with Indiana University School of Medicine Department of Psychiatry physicians as well as master’s prepared therapists, a nurse and a pharmacist.
