Eskenazi Health Center Cottage Corner will host a community health fair from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Oct. 27, 2018. The facility is located at 1434 Shelby St. in Indianapolis.
Visitors to the health fair will have the opportunity to meet nurses who provide care at the health care sites and participate in a variety of free health screenings. In addition, knowledgeable personnel will be on hand at information booths covering a wide variety of topics, including but not limited to, health insurance, family planning, nutrition and much more.
